KBA ADVISES ZETLAND CAPITAL ON STRATEGIC HOSPITALITY DIVESTMENT VIA SHARE DEAL
KBA Law Firm successfully advised Zetland Capital Partners LLP, a London-based private equity company, on the sale of Lindian Village All-Inclusive Resort Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton, an iconic 5-star resort on the Greek island of Rhodes, to Domes Resorts.
Our team, led by Dimitra Bakopanou, Senior Partner and Head of our Corporate and M&A practice, with the support of Eirini Anastasiadi, Senior Associate, and Nefeli Revela, Junior Associate, guided Zetland through every stage of this multi-phase, cross-border transaction. Our scope of work encompassed legal due diligence, negotiation and drafting of transactional documentation and the provision of integrated legal support through to its completion earlier in December.
This transaction marks a full-circle moment for both our firm and Zetland, as we had previously advised on Zetland’s inaugural investment in the Greek hospitality sector, namely the acquisition of Lindian Village from a Greek family-owned hotel conglomerate.
