Ierotheos specializes in civil and commercial law, as well as civil procedure-areas that also form the core of his academic research. As a member of our litigation team, he represents clients in complex, high-stakes disputes across a broad range of sectors, including agency and distributorship, employment, shareholder conflicts, concessions, construction, and insolvency-related matters. He also advises clients on strategic considerations during pre-litigation and pre-arbitration stages. He has acted in both domestic and international commercial arbitrations under various institutional rules, and has significant experience with arbitration-related proceedings before the Greek courts.
