KBA Law Firm contributes to 2023 Global Restructuring Review

Our partners, Alexandros Kontogeorgiou & Georgia Papathanasiou, contributed to the Greek Chapter of “Europe, Middle East and Africa Restructuring Review 2023” published by the Global Restructuring Review.

Alexandros and Georgia co-authored the article titled “Greek Insolvency Law: Significant Reform” providing an overview of the latest noteworthy developments in the restructuring and insolvency legal regime in Greece emerging from Law 4738/2020. This article aims to highlight the most significant reforms introduced by the new legislation and pinpoint the issues which are expected to have an impact on the legal and business landscape in Greece.
