33rd Panhellenic Commercial Law Conference

Honouring the annual tradition, Kontogeorgiou Bakopanou and Associates Law Firm attended the 33rd Panhellenic Commercial Law Conference, organised by the Hellenic Association of Commercial Law Specialists.

This year’s theme, “Business Transformations, M&As, and Corporate Restructurings”, resonated deeply with our core areas of practice.

It was an exceptional honour for our Law Firm, to contribute to the dialogue through the article authored by our Managing Partner, Alexandros Kontogeorgiou, exploring distress M&As and the treatment of corporate debt rehabilitation under the Greek Insolvency Code, thereby adding our own input to the wider exchange of ideas on the topic.

We express our sincere thanks to the organisers and already look forward to the next edition, which promises to be equally impactful.
