Andreas Tsoufis

Andreas is an associate in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. He advises and represents domestic and international clients in complex civil and commercial disputes, from the early assessment of a claim through to the conclusion of proceedings, acting both in court and in out-of-court negotiations and settlements.

His practice covers a wide range of contentious matters, including contractual and tortious liability, unjust enrichment, insolvency and restructuring, competition law and intellectual property, where he combines procedural expertise with a solid grasp of the underlying regulatory and commercial issues. He has particular experience in information and communications technology law, advising clients in the technology and digital sectors. He also handles enforcement proceedings and real estate matters, taking a practical, results-oriented approach tailored to each client’s objectives.
