We are pleased to share that our firm’s Partner Dimitra Bakopanou and Associate Stylianos Gezinis contributed to the Tourism and Leisure Chapter of the latest issue of LAWYER | The Business Magazine of May – June 2024.

The article mainly focuses on the ownership status of the old foreshore under the provisions of the new Law 5092/2024, which for many years has been a combustive matter for the interested parties. The article also offers a useful insight on the conditions for the direct sale of the old foreshore.
